What we collect and why
We collect account and contact details to manage appointments. If you choose to enter treatment notes, they may reveal health information. Notes are optional, used to assess and prepare for the requested treatment, and restricted to the assigned therapist and administrators by default.
Mobile addresses
A complete service address is required only for a mobile request. It is not placed in public URLs or ordinary notification emails and is not visible to unrelated customers or therapists.
Retention and your rights
Retention periods are configurable and must be confirmed before launch. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing ths.hijama@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where a lawful obligation applies.
Lawful basis review
The business must document an appropriate UK GDPR Article 6 lawful basis and Article 9 condition for any special-category health data with professional advice before launch. This page does not claim legal approval.
