Cancellation policy
The 24-hour boundary
Customers can cancel or reschedule online until exactly 24 hours before the appointment start, calculated using the Europe/London timezone. Inside that window, contact the business. Staff exceptions are discretionary and audited.
Short-notice bookings
Same-day and near-term appointments are permitted when a future slot is available. When booking less than 24 hours ahead, the online cancellation window is already closed.
Mobile quotes
A mobile request remains unconfirmed until its separate travel fee and proposed time are accepted. Quotes expire; an expired or conflicting quote requires a new proposal.
